I live in a part of the country that should have serious mounds of snow right about now. But up until a couple days ago we were still able to cruise our local singletrack atop our favorite man-powered means of transportation. Yeah, I'm talking mountain bikes, and I'm not complaining.

Extended Riding Season
Being able to take advantage of hard-packed mountain bike trails in December is unheard of in New England. But a lack of snow and cold weather has led to ideal mountain biking conditions in my and many other areas of the country this year.

What's Your New Year's Biking Resolution?
The year is rapidly coming to an end and I have only recently stopped riding my mountain bike. The joys of a warmer-than-usual December! With singletrack still fresh in my mind, I've come up with a bike-specific New Year's resolution...
