Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, oil, egg whites, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Gradually fold in the flour mixture and stir until well blended.

3. Drop the batter by tablespoons onto 2 large baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.

4. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
